1.1 These Terms govern your access to and use of the jl 111 Casino platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services offered through jl111.live (the "Platform").

2.2 jl 111 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be held by individuals under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and deposits will be returned at jl 111's sole discretion.

3.1 To access the full features of the jl 111 Platform, you must register a player account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate.

3.2 Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the jl 111 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify jl 111 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.4 jl 111 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials .

3.5 Account registration requires identity verification ("KYC — Know Your Customer"). You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. jl 111 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification.

3.6 jl 111 reserves the right to decline any registration application or close any existing account at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

4.1 All transactions on the jl 111 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). jl 111 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any other currency unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4.2 The following payment methods are accepted on the jl 111 Platform for deposits and withdrawals:

4.4 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified and previously used for a deposit on the same account. jl 111 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

4.5 jl 111 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined if KYC documentation is incomplete or if suspicious activity is detected on the account.

4.6 jl 111 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or network outages beyond our reasonable control.

All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer, including but not limited to wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry dates.

• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain;

10.2 jl 111's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 jl 111 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jl 111's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12.1 jl 111 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder;

12.2 Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

12.3 Inactive accounts (no login activity for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to an inactivity fee of ₱50 per month, deducted from the account balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Players will be notified by email prior to the application of inactivity fees.

14.2 Any dispute arising between you and jl 111 in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall first be submitted to jl 111's internal dispute resolution process. Players must submit a formal complaint to jl 111 support and allow up to fourteen (14) business days for a response before escalating the matter.

14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through jl 111's internal process, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines, and both parties submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

14.4 jl 111 operates in compliance with PAGCOR standards. Where applicable, disputes may also be referred to PAGCOR or other relevant Philippine regulatory bodies.
